GodhaMaulo is famous for live Shilajit where people excrete every year in a traditional way.Shilajit is important for medicinal uses. It's lies in Kanakasundari Rural Municipality.You can hike for approx 4 hours to reach and returned from Malika Bota village.
Shilajit also called mineral pitch,is the result of a long process of breaking down plant matter and minerals.It is a sticky,black,tar-like substance that comes from rocks in high mountain ranges. Shilajit has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for centuries.This was traditionally sourced in Jumla.
