Jumli apple are one of the best apples in Nepal according to its tastes and for Organic farming.Jumla is the first district to declare as "Organic District" Jumli apples are high demanded across Nepal. Rise on demand and quantity of Jumli apple across Nepal has motivated Jumli farmers to invest on apple farming.

It's believed that since, District agricultural office,Jumla launch "One House One Apple Orchard"  program,Farmers from Jumla were motivated on apple farming.Further few years back government has established Apple Superzone office in Jumla to work on research,development and promote apple farming in Jumla.

As fear of coronavirus grows in Jumla, people are struggling to obtain enough rice and salt from Jumla branch of Nepal Salt Trading Corporation and Food Management and Trading Company ltd.

The line of people reminds years back when people waits for long time to obtain rice and salt.Salt Trading company provides 3 kg of salt to each people and food corporation office provides rice sack as much as people demanded. Oil,sugar,gas and vegetables are in shortages.
