The first Jumla Rara Ultra Marathon 2075 was organize by Karnali Sports Club to endorse Rara Karnali Tourism Year 2075 at the same time to promote adventure tourism in Karnali region through adventure sports. The race was 49 km started from Khalanga Bazaar,Jumla to Hutu,Rara Lake,Mugu passes Danphe Lekh 3740m asl and highest pass of Chuchemara Range 4017m asl.
The race was inaugurated together by Chairperson of Nepal Amateur Athletics Association, Nepal, Mr. Rajeev Bikram Shah and World Ultra champion Ms. Mira Rai at 7:25am in the morning
The Jumla Rara Ultra Marathon 2075 is not only a race,it's a race that will explore beauty of Karnali and will help to promote potential tourism product of Karnali.
